The hotel in the chic tower is absolutely stunning. The rooms are amazing and very friendly, but the lack of a mirror in the room and the closet being in the bathroom could be better. A few cons but overall a great experience.
The hotel's location is superb, right across the beach and near popular attractions like Alcazar and Tiffany. The rooms were spacious and modern, but noise from the nearby pub could be heard. The service, especially from NOPPAWAN, was exceptional, although a long wait for a room was a downside. Dining varied from the worst to a good spread of options in different buildings. The facilities were diverse, with a pool area in the ChicTower building.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were okay, but we encountered some issues with ants and a strange smell in the wooden furniture. The service was slow, especially in the restaurant and pool area. The location was convenient, near the beach but noise from neighboring rooms was a downside. I had a fabulous experience at this hotel! The room was spacious with a little balcony, allowing me to tub wash my clothes easily, on the 10th floor with a fantastic view. The bed was huge, very clean, and had a modern touch. The service was a bit hit or miss, but the one female receptionist and security staff were great. The location was ideal, only a few meters from the beach, and close to stores for convenience. The dining had plenty of choices but could use more variety in Western food. Overall, a great value for money stay.

My stay here was a mixed bag - the hotel is ideally located right in front of the beach and offers spacious rooms with tubs and separate shower areas. Staying at this hotel was a dream come true! The rooms are incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and offer an incredible south-facing view from the 9th floor. The service was top-notch with friendly and professional staff, like Aroh who remembered how I like my bacon. The location is superb, right in front of the beach in a quiet area of Pattaya with easy access to good restaurants and pubs. The dining experience was good, especially at the ChicTower. The facilities were fantastic!
